Servicing works have officially begun at The Aviary.

Water, waste and associated services are now being laid to the edge of each individual plot boundary. This means future purchasers will be able to connect directly when they begin their build, keeping things straightforward and efficient.

We’ve also made strong visual progress on site:

• The woodland area on Plot 5 has now been cleared
• Plot boundaries are clearly marked out, making it much easier to visualise each opportunity
• The access road is due to be installed shortly, further opening up the site

We’re also pleased to confirm that Plot 5 will be the first home to begin construction, with the purchasers in the final stages of completing their design work.

Limited plots remaining

Interest in the development continues to be strong, with Plots 4 and 1 attracting particularly high levels of attention. With only a limited number of plots now available, we would strongly recommend arranging a site viewing to fully appreciate the setting and progress being made.
