Our serviced plots come with planning permission to build a new home, all utilities installed to their boundaries, and access roads complete.

1. Plot purchase.
Our sales team can help you choose the perfect plot for your project and budget.
2. Design support.
Our designers will work with you to design or customise a new home to suit, then secure its permission for building. Our communities benefit from easy-to-use Plot Passports, showing you what can be achieved on your plot any any constraints to consider.
3. Construction & Self fit out.
Our construction partners will build your new home on your behalf. In most cases they will build it as a “blank canvas”, enabling you to finish your home by fitting out the interior exactly as you want it.
Basic landscaping and boundary treatments will be included in your build contract.
4. Final checks and move in.
When your home is complete, we’ll help you apply for Building Control to sign it off as finished, when they do, you can move in straight away.
We’ll also help you secure any VAT you may be able to reclaim as a self-builder.
