Custom Build Homes. An Update: November 2025

November has been another strong month for Custom Build Homes, with progress across multiple sites and momentum building as we head into the end of the year. Here’s a snapshot of what’s been happening:

📍 Houndkirk View, Sheffield
5 of 7 serviced plots are now reserved or sold, each offering panoramic views across Sheffield and out towards the Peak District. Construction of homes continue on site.

📍 Callum Park, Kent
We celebrated the much-anticipated sale of Plot 3 this month, after significant delays caused by challenging property chains in the Southeast.

📍 Abbeydawn Rise, Hertfordshire
First plot sale completion achieved, a boost for custom homes selling with end values exceeding £1.5m. The site is now fully reserved.

📍 Walnut Grove, Wiltshire
Charming 0.6 acre plot with planning permission now reserved in Cholderton, Wiltshire.

📍 Horeham Shaw, East Sussex
We’re delighted to ben appointed by Leaper Land Promotion to lead the sales and marketing for 12 serviced plots, enabling high-quality custom homes to this sought-after location.

🔍 South Cambridge DC S106 Progress
Several restrictive S106 legal agreements – previously preventing mortgage lenders from supporting sales – are now being unlocked thanks to the combined expertise of Custom Build Homes and BuildStore Limited. This is enabling stalled sites to move forward with sales expected to progress in 2026.
