Long Four Acres comprises of 15 bespoke new homes along with a newly created avenue set on the edge of Bracon Ash in South Norfolk.
All new homes were individually designed to meet the needs and desires of their owners and the style, size and specification of those designs were controlled within a Design Code and Plot Passport as well as which materials were allowed to be used and which boundary treatments had to feature.
