Custom-build your own home in

Frisby-on-the-Wreake.

Custom Build Homes (CBH) plan to bring forward an exciting new custom build community on the edge of Frisby-on-the-Wreak near Melton Mowbray which, when finished, will be the first exemplar custom build housing project in the area.

Custom homes give you choice over the internal layout and floor plans of your home. The external design is fixed, and the homes are delivered as a Blank Canvas. This is a plastered and painted shell home with all services capped at the walls. You will then have full control over the internal fit-out, including items such as the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and interior design. Custom Build Homes will support you via My Custom Build App, which connects you to local trades and suppliers to help you finish your home.

Have your say

We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and community engagement. This is why we are inviting those who are looking for an opportunity to build their own homes in the Frisby-on-the-Wreake area and Melton District more widely, to attend our Consultation Event so we can inform people of our proposals and get feedback before our plans are finalised.

The event will take place as follows:

Date: Tuesday 12th September 2023
Time:
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Location: Upper Wreake Methodist Church (29 Main Street, Frisby-on-the-Wreake, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, LE14 2NJ)

The agenda is:

  1. Review the Proposed Plans: Gain insight into the proposed masterplan for the site which has been submitted to Melton Borough Council, learn about the plots and homes which are proposed and the amenities that will form part of the new planned community.
  2. Share Your Vision: We want to hear the thoughts, ideas, and expectations of future self and custom builders.
  3. Engage with Experts: Our team will be present to answer questions and discuss any thoughts which attendees might have.
  4. Connect with Neighbours: Enable attendees to meet future potential neighbours and help shape the future of our planned new community.

Your involvement is crucial for this development to be a true reflection of our community’s aspirations and values.

We would be delighted if you were able to come along so we can meet you and get your feedback on our proposal. If you do wish to attend, we kindly request you to RSVP by 8th September 2023 via the link below.
