Springfield Meadows provides a superb combination of rural living with very easy access to village, town and city amenities. To the south this lane gives access to a lovely rural hinterland ideal for walkers, cyclists and those who just appreciate the open countryside. The small village of Charney Bassett on the River Ock, with its historic Chequers Inn, is a gentle 2.5 mile walk or cycle away.

Springfield Meadows is a fully consented development that has been designed to create a beautiful new residential community. The developers and their master architect have therefore determined the layout and the form and external appearance of all of the homes. Purchasers have a wide range of choice of sizes and house-types. Once the preferred plot has been selected, the purchaser gets to chose from different ground and first floor layouts, before selecting from a wide range of specification options.
BUILDING YOUR HOME
All of the infrastructure, including roads and services, will be pre-installed to ensure that purchasers have fully serviced plots ready for the construction of their home. Ssassy has appointed Greencore Construction as their preferred contractor. Greencore are Oxfordshire based and construct homes of the highest quality using their own patented and proven sustainable build-system.
It is possible for a purchaser to appoint another contractor, but there will be a requirement to deliver the home to the approved designs and sustainability standards to ensure that every home fits in with the vision for Springfield Meadows.
