Serviced Plots Proposed in Sussex

Have you dreamt of living in a bespoke new home in Sussex, but can't find an opportunity to do so? Custom Build Solutions is working on behalf of a private landowner to bring forward serviced plots in the Horsham district.

The proposed development is located on the outskirts of Brookhill, a small town in the Horsham District Council area of Sussex.

The land which is approximately 3.5 acres in size will be subdivided and sold as serviced plots for the purposes of enabling individually designed homes.

It is proposed that each new home will either be self built or commissioned by the homeowner, who will be required to comply with a Design Code and Plot Passport. This will ensure their home reflects the characteristics of the area, and will remain in keeping with the local ambiance to enhance a sense of design cohesion across the scheme.

If you wish to pledge your support for this development, we ask you to exercise your right to build with Horsham District Council here.

Both the landowner and Custom Build Solutions are committed to bringing forward a sustainable and responsible development through custom and self build and we hope to be able to share further details shortly.
