The open day was a great success, and has generated plenty of new interest in this exciting opportunity. The event included a guided tour, and several talks from custom build development and homebuilding experts, BuildStore, and Oakwrights. Throughout the day, the available plots were marked out using high-quality wooden fencing, giving guests a clear perspective on the varying plots and their size.
Webbs Meadow is a unique development, as not only will nine custom build homes be built in this rural community, but the village itself will be undergoing redevelopment. The historic pub in Lyonshall, the Royal George Pub & Restaurant, is being renovated as part of the overall scheme; and new businesses will be introduced, which will include a local shop, café, and village cinema.
Each plot at Webbs Meadow has a detailed planning permission which enables buyers to create a bespoke Oakwrights home. They will be able to design the size and orientation from a range of customisable house types, which range from a fashionable, modern bungalow, to a suite of four-bedroom family homes. Buyers will work alongside the Oakwrights design team to ensure their design needs are reflected in the home they create.
BuildStore was invited to the open day, and National Relationships Manager, Tom McSherry, attended. He was invited to present the various personal finance options for prospective buyers, to ensure they retain a focus on realistic budgets and maintain a healthy cash flow throughout their build.
The plots at Webbs Meadow are expected to become available for purchase in the coming weeks. Oakwrights are currently offering professional plot viewings with their homebuilding experts. If you are interested in learning more about Webbs Meadow or arranging your viewing, please visit PlotStore here.
