Long Four Acres launches in Norfolk

Norfolk couple opt for Custom Build Homes to launch new 15 plot custom build development in grounds of their estate.

Karen and Kevin Keable from Mulbarton in Norfolk have decided to engage with Custom Build Solutions to provide a series of enabling services to help them realise their ambitions as enabling developers providing fifteen serviced plots, including marketing and sales through the new Custom Build Homes platform.

The custom build development model is that of serviced plot sales and coordinated support for plot purchasers from a Custom Build Solutions coordinated Support Team - should they wish to explore these. Each plot has an outline planning permission already in place and a design code and plot passport has been created for each by the Keable's and approved by South Norfolk DC.

Plot purchasers will be able to build a completely unique house design including shape and size as long as it complies with the rules set out by the planners. The Plot Passports excellently demonstrate to prospective purchasers the many ways in which a new dwelling could be designed and details how the size of the house can vary greatly to suit the individual preferences of each new owner.

For more information on how to get involved with Karen and Kevin's new custom built community at Long Four Acres and to enquire about available plots, see the button below!
