Create your own Grand Design near Glasgow

Custom Build Solutions has been instructed to support the development of 11 serviced plots in Carluke, South Lanarkshire. The site benefits from Planning Permission in Principle and after a positive discussion with the local planners they have agreed the site would be an excellent opportunity to enable custom build housing.

A full application will follow shortly to enable the developer to move forward with the infrastructure and servicing work which is required to sell serviced plots. On approval a schedule of works will commence to prepare the site and stage it for viewings.

The proposed development will be the first of its kind to be sold on the open market in Scotland. Each plot will benefit from a Plot Passport and a Design Code to ensure buyers have the opportunity to create individually designed homes that clearly enhance the collective vernacular of the site as a whole.

As a subscriber, you will benefit from updates throughout the enabling process and will have the first opportunity to reserve your plot, which Custom Build Homes hopes to be marketing in Autumn 2019.
